What is Evocative Leadership Mastery™?
Evocative Leadership Mastery™ is an evolutionary journey into higher consciousness calling us to activate Universal Intelligence for best outcomes benefiting all living beings and systems.
It is a training journey in which participants learn to call forward the highest capacities and genius within self and in the field. This evocative state of being acts as an invitation to harness the brilliance we each contain for life enhancing solutions and to create a sustainable world that aims to serve the wholeness of life.
An evocative leader is one who can see the whole, has internal grounding, reads systems, and can dream into what is needed and foster movement toward wholeness. This becomes possible by holding an internal stance of balance, and rootedness while being able to hold the high dream for the well-being of systems.

Evocative Leadership Mastery™ is a training journey in which participants learn to call forward the highest capacities and genius within self and in the field.
The power to evoke starts with self, leading us to the activation, embodiment, and integration of universal intelligence. On the journey, we focus on 'being', or our internal states of consciousness, and how to command our state of being. To do so, we open the Eight Universal Intelligences.
For example, in our first in-person retreat we open Creation Intelligence, evoking the field of potential and possibility and Sustaining Intelligence, evoking the field of resilience and regeneration.
In our second in-person retreat, we enter Emotional Intelligence, the power to evoke the field of diversity and embracing difference, and Decisive Intelligence, the power of courageous choice and the clarity of right action.
During the first four retreats, two intelligences are introduced each time with interactive practices and dialog, as well as working with three overarching themes: the first is interiority, which develops our capacity to evoke the self, in which we learn how to command our state of being; the second is polarity and complementarity, which is a recognition of the polarity within self and our world, and how we can learn to see the complement in what we perceive as opposite; the third is bridging, in which we engage in practice of how to bridge between aspects of self, as well as between self and other.
The fifth retreat is a completion session at which time participants present their projects. This is a vital learning experience. The project acts as the culmination of their practice field and is an important part of this journey.
We ask participants not to share any of the materials, concepts, or coursework during their learning journey in view of the fact that they are deepening their own understanding and embodiment of this work.
We require completion of the project as well as completion of all the field work, which is a vital application of concepts and tools in daily life as well as the active sharing among teams in our collaborative online space.
In summary, when we can command our state of being, we can begin to evoke the field around us. As evocative leaders, we can call forward the highest outcomes for the benefit of the whole and in doing so, become co-creators and collaborators that can harness the best of us—for all of us—on this planet.
